Phytonutrients: Doing a body good

•August 19, 2014 • Leave a Comment

The average American should be consuming anywhere between 5 to 13 servings per day of fruits and vegetables. Sadly the average American consumes less than 1% of that.
Why is that?
Sometimes it comes down to costs. The reality for a lot of people is that trying to feed a family on a tight budget often eliminates these healthier choices. The time that it takes to find good produce is also a huge factor, especially if you’re trying to eliminate genetically modified foods from your pantry. Lastly there is the taste factor. So many natural occurring tastes have been supplanted by the food industry with sugary sweet substitutes that many people find the naturally occurring sugar and salts in produce to be offensive to their taste buds.
This is a huge problem because within these fruits and vegetables are naturally occurring enzymes and nutrients that the body requires to function at a high level of efficiency. There is no doubt that the healthcare industry is growing by leaps and bounds because of this diet deficiency.
One of the most important elements of a well-balanced diet are the presence of phytonutrients. These are found primarily in fruits and vegetables and are the building blocks that a body needs so that the perfect sequence of cellular level events can occur. These events, at the cellular level, are vitally important to your overall health and well-being. A body that is starved for these elements is seriously compromised and cannot, in many cases, heal itself as readily as it could if these elements were present.
Don’t ever underestimate the importance of providing your body the perfect fuel that it craves.
A great place to start is with Zeal. Their proprietary formula has many of the vital nutrients that a body deficient in phytonutrients can benefit from. It tastes great and can be mixed with either water or a juice of your choice. Zeal® for Life Challenge: What a body loses daily…

•May 16, 2013 • Leave a Comment

Everyday your body needs 45 essential nutrients in order to function. Zeal® supplies over half of that in a powerful mixture of antioxidants, trace minerals and vitamins.

What exactly does a body lose daily? Here’s a small snapshot:

2+ liters of water
2.4% of its skin
1 pound of solid waste

With so much leaving your body, you’ve got to replenish it! And our diets, even for those of us who are diligent in what we choose to eat, are woefully lacking in the nutrients department. Unless you’re cultivating and growing your own food, modern processing strips most of the nutrients away. Adding a healthy vitamin supplement to your diet is no longer a luxury, it’s a necessity.

Zeal while traveling

•April 30, 2013 • Leave a Comment

This week I had to travel across the country on business. Where I had to travel is in a different time zone than I’m accustomed to. In fact my internal time clock had to readjust up by three hours.
Not fun.
Traveling for business is not one of my favorite activities. Truth be told, I’d rather go to see a dentists who just finished paying their taxes.
I digress.
I packed Zeal along with my luggage. On the first morning away I poured some in my hotel-issued coffee mug and voila! I was mentally transported back to my morning routine, standing in my kitchen in my skivvies enjoying my morning glory.
While in training I noticed others drinking coffee…lots of coffee! Me? No need. Zeal kept me awake and alert. I wished there was a test afterwards. I would’ve crushed it!
Ahhhh, Zeal!
Again, don’t take my word for it. Go to some of my prior posts and find out how to get your supply of Zeal. Get started today!
See you at the top!

Zeal For Life Challenge…Keep on moving, don’t stop!

When you begin your journey to better health the biggest hurdle is the beginning. The start, for most people, usually winds up being the end.

The saying “the devil that I know is better than the devil that I don’t know” applies to many of us when the thought of doing things differently surrounding our health is concerned.  Being comfortable in our complacency is also often the very thing that adds inches to our waist, thighs, midsection and other areas of concern.

There are three distinct characteristics of body transformation. They are as follows:

  1. The beginning: This is the most difficult part of any journey. Simply changing rhythms is often the end of most people’s transformation. If you stick with it for 30 days you’ll establish a routine that will become a habit. Once this happens you’re on your way.
  2. The middle passage: Once you see the first positive results of all your hard work you’re going to want to shout your results from the mountaintop to everyone you know. A new set of tighter fitting clothes usually follows and a workout bag usually accompanies you everywhere you go. You can’t believe how much your body has changed and you enjoy all the new-found attention.
  3. Maintenance: You’ve changed the way you eat. You don’t look the same. You’ve changed what you wear. You have become comfortable with your new routine. But, you’re getting bored. You may have even gained a few extra pounds because your body has grown accustomed to your routine. It’s time for something new.

Whatever you do, don’t let your start be your finish. And don’t let the issue of supplements slow you down either. The foundation to any supplemental regiment is making sure you get the proper amount of nutrients to sustain an increasingly more efficient metabolism.

Zeal® for life has done wonders for so many people. People have told me that they’ve experienced increased mental awareness, lowered their blood pressure, regulated their blood sugar, and stabilized their metabolisms. And while I’m not a medical doctor, nor do I play one of television, I can speak for myself: Zeal is amazing!

But don’t take my word for it. Go and check it out yourself. Go to  to get started. Check out all the information and then try it for yourself. You’ll be glad you did!

See you at the top!
